Cancellation Policy

Understand that by registering here and through the website you are giving your consent for Quantum Insight to perform a Reading on your behalf.  Understand that once performed, this Reading is non-refundable.  If you must cancel your order before services are rendered, please contact us immediately through this website on the Contact Us form. We answer emails at least every 24 hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund full amounts after services have been rendered. Again, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can discuss your request for cancellation and/or refund.
